🎉 Fireworks dinner buffet 🍴
Even though the event starts late we will have our dinner buffet served inside the dining room. You may take your food and drink anywhere on the riverboat. We don't allow outside food and drink aboard, so finish that coffee in the parking lot!

We'll have the boat decorated and party favours ready for you. Feel free to bring your own, just please no glitter or confetti!
Photography 📸
We hire professional photographers for our special events. So make sure you're looking your best! We provide you with all the photos after the event.
Music 🎶
We'll have a DJ rocking us down the river valley!
☕️ Brunch cruise 🍴
Enjoy our normal brunch cruise! We'll have some decorations up for Canada Day, otherwise this will be the same as our regular brunch cruises you enjoy on the weekend.

Get Canada Day Tickets
Seating 🪑
You will be sure to have a seat! Seating is first-come-first-serve. We can't guarantee seats outside but there is absolutely enough seating for everyone both inside our comfortable dining room and outside on deck.
For an additional fee we offer reserved tables for parties of two or four which include wine or drink tickets (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) with a guaranteed premium setting, which you may add on at checkout.
If you book more ten or more of the same ticket type you receive an automatic discount and reserved table. More information about booking groups can be found on our Group Bookings page.
Dress Code 🕺🏻
Come as you are! Our guests often choose to dress nicely for the special occasion. Shoes are required, especially for children!
Sailing ⚓️
We are very hopeful the water levels on the North Saskatchewan will be high enough to enjoy our full cruise up river! Historically it has been ok.
In the unlikely event we cannot perform our full cruise we will still do a short jaunt in front of Rafter's Landing. You would be provided credits for a future ride to come and enjoy the full experience.
In the extremely unlikely event that we must cancel the entire event due to weather or safety concerns we will provide a full refund to you.

We're kicking off Canada Day with a brunch cruise, then giving away a FREE community barbecue that's great for families, and ending it all with a late dinner buffet and fireworks party.
Canada Day at the riverboat 🇨🇦
Tuesday, July 1st
FREE Community Barbecue!
- 2:00pm - 5:00pm
- We fire up the grills and give away hotdogs, chips, and soft drinks!
- Come down for a free event at Rafter's Landing. Tour the docked riverboat. There is no sail. Enjoy face painting for the kids. Listen to some live music!
Fireworks Party with Buffet
- 9:00pm — Boarding and buffet opens
- 10:00pm — We set sail and drop anchor near the Walterdale Bridge
- 11:00pm — Fireworks begin and the buffet closes
- 11:30pm — Riverboat returns
Morning Brunch
- 10:00am — Boarding and buffet opens
- 11:00am — Riverboat departs
- 12:00am — Buffet closes
- 12:30am — Riverboat returns
