Group bookings are for public cruises when you want to bring 10 or more people aboard together.

Book your group on one invoice to receive the automatic group rate, then our team will follow up about reserved table options when available.

Booking

Who qualifies for a group booking?

Bookings with 10 or more of the same cruise ticket type qualify for a $5 discount per ticket.

How do we get the $5 per ticket discount?

Add 10 or more of the same ticket type to one invoice. For example, 10 or more adult tickets or 10 or more senior tickets. Unfortunately our ticketing system is unable to apply group discounts if you have less than 10 tickets of the same type. The $5 per ticket group discount is applied automatically during checkout.

Can everyone pay separately?

No. A group must book together on the same invoice. We are unable to combine separate individual bookings into one group after purchase.

Planning

Can we reserve tables?

Yes! Our customer service team monitors group bookings and will follow up about reserved table options when available.

Reserved tables depend on your cruise, guest count, other bookings, weather restrictions, and available deck space.

We will not allow groups to take over our entire outside deck, regardless of your size. Other guests are entitled to enjoy our public cruises as well! So for example, if you reserve 100 tickets on a public cruise we will limit the amount of reserved space you may take on our upper deck so as to ensure our other guests also enjoy the cruise. What if we have more than 35 guests?

Please contact us before booking so our team can help choose the best cruise and seating plan.

Are group rates available for special events?

No. Group rates are not applicable for special events such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Canada Day, and Dueling Pianos.

Can we get refunds if some of our group doesn't show up?

No. We do sympathise with how hard it is for you to organize group activities! We do not offer refunds for no-shows because not only did we provide you a discount on every ticket in the group and provide reserved tables, but our other members of the public were unable to take advantage of that ticket because it was sold to your group.
